This is Srinivasa Reddy, founder of Zolt AI. I’m building it solo.
Zolt started inside a content tool I built for myself under a codename: it took a business’s own website, documents and voice notes and turned them into posts, scripts and emails. [One or two sentences in your words: what you were doing before, and the moment it became worth turning into a product.]
What I kept seeing was that AI writing tools start every post from a blank prompt, so everything sounds like everyone else’s. I wanted the opposite: a tool that learns the business first, keeps what it learned, and checks its own work before you see it. That became the Brand Voice, the quality gate that flags a draft and tells you why, and the rule that nothing posts without your approval.
It hasn’t been smooth, and I’d rather say so. Zolt’s own history of mistakes is public: a reconnect once linked a customer to a working but wrong Facebook account, and four posts sat queued for it before I caught it by reading the database. Disconnecting an account left a live posting token behind on most platforms. A script I thought was pointed at a test database read real customer connections for hours. More recently a LinkedIn post went out as one wall of text, and a chat reply hung on “putting it together.” Each one is now a written rule or a test, and I write them up openly (getzolt.ai/blog/ten-production-incidents).
Getting onto the platforms took patience too: Meta’s app review for Instagram and Facebook was the slowest part of the build, and Threads went through its own review. [Add your honest numbers here, straight from the database, not memory: users, paid, what you’ve learned from them.]
Today Zolt writes for nine platforms and publishes directly to eight of them; TikTok lands in your drafts. Autopilot exists, but it’s earned: it unlocks after about twenty reviewed approvals on a platform, and flagged posts always wait for a person.
I’d value honest feedback. Run the free Brand Voice Audit at getzolt.ai/audit (no account) and tell me whether it hears your voice right.
