Absolutely brilliant software. I had limited knowledge around building something with AI but now i have created my own bespoke CRM. its amazing. The whole process is easy to medium and instructions are clear, with a very active Skool group. I'm very happy I didn't go with GHL, I have been able to build my CRM the way i want, around my own busy life. If you haven't signed up, your missing out.
Appreciate the feedback! Thankyou
Great experience with Leadstack. I was in the process of joining GHL when I stumbled upon this. It was a no brainer as I have spent thousands in the past on CRMs for other businesses of mine. To be completely honest, the process of retrieving the repo and getting it built on my computer was a bit intimidating. However, anytime I needed help with the process, Ben and his team was very responsive with guiding me on how to get it finished. It really just came down to simple instructions and handing it over to Claude, then watching him get to work and building it. I was able to put my own brand on it and customize it to my own liking. Its crazy to me to think I now own this free and clear and will no longer have to "rent" a CRM system. Fkin Genius.
LeadStack has really caught my attention because it reverses the usual CRM model. Instead of renting an increasingly bloated platform forever, an agency can own the source code, host and brand the product itself, and adapt it around the way it actually works.
I’m currently evaluating LeadStack as an alternative to GHL. The combination of isolated client workspaces, reusable automations, API and webhook access, and full source ownership is unusually compelling. It appears to provide the important parts of platforms such as GoHighLevel without forcing agencies to inherit the entire platform—and its ongoing costs.
I haven’t purchased yet, so this is not a customer review. But Ben’s videos, product philosophy and willingness to show how the system works have convinced me that LeadStack deserves serious investigation. This is one of the more interesting agency-software products I’ve seen in a long time.
Jumped into this early as I was already a customer of the devloper and knew it would be a great alternative to the current Lead Management CRM I'm running ( GHL ) .
It's by no means a lightweight alternative. It's powerful.
It has the functions everyone should be using without the bloat of features that generally causes confusion and stops people actually using their other 'brand' software.
What I like about this the most . We own the code, we can make easy edits and customize through Claude Code and bring our own version of software to market.
The biggest benefit is the lifetime deal currently offered, and with a developer who stands by his products.
Well worth learning more about LeadStack.dev
Thanks Paul for taking the time for the review, much appreciated.
LeadStack is a true disruptor and rivals heavy hitters like Hubspot, GHL, Pipedrive, etc. The features just keep coming in hot like missed call text back, booking calendars and the unified inbox integrated with SMS, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. The AI agents work without hassle, Chatbot and Voice. Bring your own open router key. If there's a feature missing, add it yourself with a little help from Claude. It's a great time to own your own CRM/Marketing stack.
Definitly a very good replacement of GhL, and the code is yours!! Also wonderfull community.
Finally an alternative to the expensive traditional CRM’s! Many more features to be added and Ben is more than happy to take requests. Automations are straightforward and what businesses actually need. Sign up whilst you still can.
As one of the early users testing LeadStack, I am incredibly impressed by the developer's vision and the functionality that has already been included in the platform. Moving away from the traditional and expensive model of renting a platform like GoHighLevel is compelling. LeadStack provides true code-ownership that puts total control back into the hands of the user. Even in this early testing phase, the underlying power and functionality of the platform are highly apparent. The architecture is robust and customizable, giving a clear picture of how efficiently it will scale. What stands out just as much as the product is the developer’s responsiveness. BenG is deeply invested in user feedback, answering questions quickly, and acting on input with impressive speed. The combination of forward-thinking software ownership and elite support makes LeadStack an incredibly exciting project to be a part of. Highly recommended.
LeadStack is a great CRM that rivals systems like Go HighLevel, except you own the code. Use it yourself, or resell it to clients with unlimited sub accounts. Does what it says on the tin. You can customize it, and brand it to your heart’s content. Great customer service, with a well-thought-out UI and comprehensive application to manage leads and clients. Highly recommend.
It's great to see a tool such as Leadstack provide an alternative to other CRMs. I like that this CRM allows users to make it their own and tailor it to their specific needs.
